After a hugely successful 3 year project for Momen Group, in Cairo, Process Solutions are back to help with your products, processes, management efficiency, and cost reduction.

A three year project with Momen Food Group in Cairo, saw Momen move its production operation to a brand-new, purpose-built site in El Obour City, Cairo. Process Solutions oversaw the commissioning of the new production line and all associated processes, developed product and raw material specification and standard costing systems, trained production management and quality control personnel, and installed new equipment and processes for the first whole-muscle formed poultry products in the Middle East.

The company grew in this period from six fast food restaurants in Cairo and Alexandria to 30 restaurants across Egypt and into Sudan and Libya, and launched the "Three Chefs" retail brand in 2003 (now the second largest frozen food brand in Egypt with a 23% market share in 2005).
